I’m glad that someone brought up about the use of abreated terms. I too can not follow along when your constantly using them. In another workgroup I had been asked questions and I could not answer them because I was asked with too many abbreviated names of groups,agencies etc.
With The US mail planning on cutting back their days even more and mst likely not having weekend mail delivery. How will the state deal with even more delayed mail coming in to them?
I think Nancy is right on what she’s saying with outreach. Make sure your speall out names of everything and not abreviate things at all.
