This is a first joint webinar combining resources from ELA/SHIP and Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), through Harbage Consulting, with purpose to provide current information on Medicare and Medi-Cal MLTSS information and options to CA Coordinated Care Initiative/Cal MediConnect program in San Diego county. This is part of a collaborative outreach and education activities the DHCS, ELA and SHIP are offering to providers, caregivers and stakeholders involved in coordinated care for eligible seniors in the county.

The webinar content and approach are designed to provide balanced information, respond to questions and offer resources in support of providers, caregivers and eligible beneficiaries who maybe receiving benefits under the Medicare/Medi-Cal Long Term Services and Supports Program (MLTSS) or Dual Program; or eligible in Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE).
