The work group’s kick-off meeting began with summary presentations from each of the demonstration health plans in the initial four pilot counties on their proposed care models, key challenges and unanswered questions. Following a group discussion, there was a presentation by Alice Lind from the Center for Health Care Strategies on performance measures for tracking coordination and accountability for mental health and substance use service integration in the demonstration counties.
