Just read the last paragraph on page 5 of this document and we can see what a failure The CCI is and the damage it has done to individuals and their rights.
We know more now than we did and I want to look at some of our more recent data and discussions with consumers. Bottom line, Cal MediConnect works well for some people and doesn’t work at all for others. One size does not fit all–nothing new there.
