Please join the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the September 2015 Coordinated Care Initiative (CCI) stakeholder call.
 
Our ongoing dialogue with stakeholders is critical to the success of the CCI and we look forward to continuing our work together to improve health care for Californians.  This month’s stakeholder update call will take place on Thursday, September 17th.  For this call, we will be discussing the September CCI enrollment update and want to hear your feedback and answer questions.  September’s enrollment dashboard will be posted here prior to the call.
